When the Light Feels Far Away

Heavenly Father,

Today I come before You feeling tired in ways that sleep cannot fix.

My heart feels heavy.

My mind feels clouded.

There are moments when hope seems distant and joy feels like a memory.

Lord, You see the pain that others cannot see.

You know the battles fought behind forced smiles and quiet conversations.

Please remind me that my worth is not measured by how I feel today.

Help me to believe that even when I cannot see the light, You have not stopped shining it.

Give me courage to take one small step today.

Surround me with people who will listen without judgement and care without condition.

Help me to seek help when I need it and never believe the lie that I must face this alone.

Thank You for loving me even on the days when I struggle to love myself.

Hold me close until hope begins to rise again.
