When the Journey Feels Long

Heavenly Father,

Today I lift before You every person living with cancer.

You know the fear that comes with every appointment.

The waiting.

The treatment.

The uncertainty.

Please surround them with Your peace.

Strengthen them when their bodies feel weak.

Encourage them when hope feels distant.

Comfort them during difficult nights.

Be close to their families who carry their own hidden worries.

Bless every doctor, nurse and healthcare professional caring for them.

May they work with wisdom, compassion and skill.

Lord, when fear becomes overwhelming, remind them that they are never facing this journey alone.

Hold them close today.

Tomorrow.

And every day that follows.
